Call for Comment: Draft Methodological Guidelines for Quantification of Greenhouse Gas Emissions (19 February 2021)

On 19 February 2021 the Minister of Environment, Forestry and Fisheries published a Notice indicating that the public has 30 days in which to comment on Draft Methodological Guidelines for Quantification of Greenhouse Gas Emissions (19 February 2021) published under the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act 39 of 2004.
These draft Guidelines are intended to be a companion to the South African National Greenhouse Gas Emission Reporting Regulations and describe the reporting methodology as specified in the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act No. 39 of 2004 and these Regulations.
The public is encouraged to submit comment on the draft Guidelines within 30 days from 19 February (i.e. before 19 April 2021) to the addresses listed in the Notice.
