Amendment to Schedule 2 of the Electricity Regulation Act 4 of 2006

On 26 March 2020 the Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy published a Licencing Exemption and Registration Notice (GN 402 in GG 43151) in which Schedule 2 of the Electricity Regulation Act (ERA) was substituted for an amended Schedule 2.

Schedule 2 of ERA provides for the exemption from the obligation of specified parties to apply for and hold a licence from the National Energy Regulator of South Africa (NERSA).

Then amendment is in force from date of publication (26 March 2020).
