Town-Planning and Townships Ordinance No.15 of 1986

Ordinance 15 of 1986, assented to on 18 December 1986, commenced on 10 June 1987. This Ordinance is applicable in Gauteng, Mpumalanga, North West and Limpopo Provinces. It is also known as the Transvaal Ordinance.

Section 24of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996
