National Environmental Compliance and Enforcement Reports

August 2, 2016 at 11:55 am

The National Environmental Compliance and Enforcement Report (NECER) is an annual report released by the Department of Environmental Affairs giving an overview of environmental compliance and enforcement activities undertaken by relevant institutions across the country. Unfortunately, the NECER’s overview does not extend to environmental compliance and enforcement by the Department of Mineral Resources. Relevant data on the Department of Water and Sanitation’s environmental compliance and enforcement is included in the 2015/16 NECER.

We have uploaded the NECERs for 2009/10 – 2016/17
