South Africa’s Annual Climate Change Reports

The Department of Environmental Affairs publishes a Climate Change Report annually. The stated purpose of the climate change report is to “reflect on the progress in undertaking [actions to respond to climate change risks and impacts] with the aim of recognising ongoing actions, quantifying their impact, catalysing new actions and indicating how these actions contribute to the national imperatives of reducing poverty and inequality, and achieving continued economic growth.”
