National Environmental Compliance and Enforcement Reports

2 August 2016

The National Environmental Compliance and Enforcement Report (NECER) is an annual report released by the Department of Environmental Affairs, Fisheries and Forestry giving an overview of environmental compliance and enforcement activities undertaken by relevant institutions across the country. Unfortunately, the NECER’s overview does not extend to environmental compliance and enforcement by the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy.

Relevant data on the Department of Water and Sanitation’s environmental compliance and enforcement is included in the 2015/16 NECER.

We have uploaded the NECERs for 2009/10 – 2018/19.
