He also holds an LLB degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, where he is currently studying for Masters in Human Rights. He is a Canon Collins Scholar and has a deep passion for human rights, emancipatory politics and environmental justice. During his studies he worked as an intern for the Centre for Applied Legal Studies, the Socio-Economic Rights Institute, the South African Human Rights Commission, Amnesty International and the Southern Africa Litigation Centre.
