Draft revision of general authorisations (2013)
On 4 March 2013, the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs published draft revisions to the general autorisations under section 39 of the National Water Act, 1998.
The Centre for Environmental rights submitted comments on the draft revision on 6 May 2013.
The revised general authorisations were finally published on 6 September 2013.
