Regulations for Petroleum Exploration and Production, 2013

On 15 October 2013, the Department of Mineral Resources (DMR) published draft regulations for “petroleum exploration and exploitation”. The Centre for Environmental Rights submitted comments on the draft regulations to the DMR on 2 December 2013.
