Copies of the following documents were requested from the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy in relation to the mining operations conducted by Mineral Sands Resources (Pty) Ltd at the Tormin Mineral Sands Mine, located approximately 400 km north of Cape Town and 40 km west of the town Lutzville (Magisterial District of Van Rhynsdorp, Western Cape Region):

• The most recent, approved Social and Labour Plan (SLP); and
• The most recent annual compliance report submitted to the DMR by, or on behalf of, MSR in relation to the most recent SLP.
