Request to DMR for delegations made in terms of the MPRDA and NEMA

  1. Copies of all delegations made in terms of section 103(1), 103(2) and 103(3) of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002 (MPRDA) after 7 December 2014, which have not been withdrawn in terms of section 103(4) of the MPRDA or otherwise.
  2. Copies of all delegations made in terms of section 42B(1) of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (NEMA) after 7 December 2014, together with the conditions subject to which those delegations were made, which have not be withdrawn in terms of section 42B(2)(d) of NEMA or otherwise.
