Copies of all records in relation to live rhinoceros of all subspecies, for the period 1 January 2010 to 31 July 2017, evidencing the following:

1. Rhino population data:

1.1 Number of rhinos living in South Africa;

1.2 Number of rhinos per province;

1.3 Number of rhinos in national parks, per park;

1.4 Number of rhinos in provincial parks, per park;

1.5 Number of rhinos in private areas, per province.

2. Rhino poaching data per month, alternatively per annum:

2.1 Number of rhinos poached nationally;

2.2 Number of rhinos poached per province;

2.3 Number of rhinos poached in national parks, per park;

2.4 Number of rhinos poached in provincial parks, per park;

2.5 Number of rhinos poached in private areas, per province.

3. Arrests in relation to rhino-related offences, including ancillary offences such as trespassing, illegal use of firearms and/or ammunition, and so forth, per annum:

3.1 Number of arrests in South Africa;

3.2 Number of arrests per province.

4. Prosecutions in relation to rhino-related offences (including ancillary offences such as trespassing, illegal use of firearms and/or ammunition, and so forth), per annum:

4.1 Number of prosecutions instituted per annum, per province;

4.2 Number of prosecutions concluded per annum, per province;

4.3 Number of prosecutions still awaiting trial, per province.

5. Convictions in relation to rhino-related offences, including ancillary offences such as trespassing, illegal use of firearms and/or ammunition, and so forth, per annum:

5.1 Number of convictions obtained per annum, per province;

5.2 Amounts of fines and/or imprisonment periods, per annum, per province;

5.3 Number of sentences completed in the above-mentioned period;

5.4 Number of convicted persons in the above-mentioned period let out early on parole;

5.5 Reasons for all acquittals and dismissals of prosecutions in the above-mentioned period.
