All applications, refusals and/or permits granted in relation to the international export of live rhinoceros from South Africa for the period 1 January 2015 to 30 March 2017 in terms of the National Environmental Management Biodiversity Act, 2004 (“NEMBA’), the Threatened or Protected Species Regulations (“TOPS”), 2007 and/or the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (“CITES”) Regulations, 2010 under NEMBA.
