Copies of the following records, insofar as this information is recorded and held by the Department of Environmental Affairs (DEA), is requested:

  1. All records relating to National Biodiversity and Wildlife Forum meetings from January 2005 to February 2017 which include, but is not limited to:
    1. Founding documents;
    2. Terms of reference;
    3. Agendas;
    4. Attendance registers; and
    5. Minutes of meetings.
