  4. Kelvin’s emission reduction plan to ensure compliance with the emission standards in the AEL, as well as with the new plant minimum emission standards from 1 April 2020, providing a detailed outline of how Kelvin will achieve compliance
  5. the fugitive emissions/dust management plan
  6. the noise management plan
  7. the reports on the investigations required in terms of condition 7.5
  8. the complaints register
  9. the monthly reports on complaints from 1 April 2015 to date of responding to this PAIA request
