Request to DEA for information relating to inspections of industrial facilities by the green scorpions

  1. List of (or records indicating) all industrial facilities that have been inspected by the Environmental Management Inspectorate for their compliance with environmental laws and permits issued under environmental laws since 1 April 2016. Please indicate (or provide records indicating) which facilities were found to be in non-compliance with environmental laws or permits.
  2. List of (or records indicating) all industrial facilities in relation to which criminal dockets have been opened by the Environmental Management Inspectorate on suspicion of an offence or offences under environmental laws since 1 April 2016. Please indicate (or provide records indicating) to which company the criminal docket relates, and which laws are alleged to have been violated.
  3. List of (or records indicating) all industrial facilities in relation to which the National Prosecuting Authority has decided to prosecute since 1 April 2016 pursuant to criminal dockets handed over by the Environmental Management Inspectorate. Please indicate (or provide records indicating) to which company the criminal docket relates, and which laws are alleged to have been violated.
