List of (or records indicating) all industrial facilities in relation to which criminal dockets have been opened by the Environmental Management Inspectorate on suspicion of an offence or offences under environmental laws since 1 April 2016. Please indicate (or provide records indicating) to which company the criminal docket relates, and which laws are alleged to have been violated.
3. List of (or records indicating) all industrial facilities in relation to which the National Prosecuting Authority has decided to prosecute since 1 April 2016 pursuant to criminal dockets handed over by the Environmental Management Inspectorate. Please indicate (or provide records indicating) to which company the criminal docket relates, and which laws are alleged to have been violated.
