A list of (or records indicating the names of) all companies that have received environmental authorisations under the National Environmental Management Act 107 of 1998 subsequent to the commencement of the 2014 Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations on 8 December 2014, in circumstances where the application for environmental authorisation was submitted to the Eastern Cape Department of Economic Development, Environmental Affairs and Tourism after 8 December 2014.
