The day in pictures: Vaal Environmental Justice Alliance at the Supreme Court of Appeal

Today, the Supreme Court of Appeal heard ArcelorMittal South Africa’s arguments in the appeal against the High Court decision ordering Amsa to release various records regarding the environmental impacts and compliance at their Vanderbijlpark and Vereeniging steelworks to community organisation the Vaal Environmental Justice Alliance. Judgement was reserved.
