Western Cape DEADP Workshop on new EIA Regulations

The Western Cape Department of Environmental Affairs and Development Planning has issued an invitation to a two-day workshop at various Western Cape centres during May 2010 on the most recent amendments to NEMA and the EIA regulations. More information available here.

The new regulations are due to be gazetted in May 2010, and will come into operation in July 2010.
